As a Guest Experience Associate, your role is to consistently ensure a great, positive experience for every guest. Exceed Guest expectations! Provide quick, and friendly Guest service to our Guests within the car wash.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Interact warmly with guests, smile, be friendly, explain our services, and respond with confidence to questions Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships Help guests at the window and in the vacuum area sign up for club memberships Work alongside team members to reach weekly goals Process point-of-sale purchases Maintain Guest database Recognize guests' needs and proactively address needs through conversations Make good decisions to prevent and resolve issues quickly and appropriately Clean and maintain the car wash, vacuum area, and grounds Partner with team members to maintain a safe and clean facility Learn and competently perform all wash positions Perform other duties as requested
