Lot Attendant-IMMEDIATE OPENING

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team here at Park Chrysler Jeep. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the parking lot
• Assist guests with finding parking spaces and provide directions when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot area
• Monitor the flow of vehicles and ensure efficient traffic management
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
• Operate cash register for parking fee collection and provide accurate change
• Safely drive manual transmission vehicles when required
• Assist with valet parking services as needed
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Perform occasional delivery driver duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions
• Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
