• Schedule/Shift:

• 2:00PM-10:30PM Thursday - Monday

• Pay:

• Responsibilities

• POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Supervise staff + Answer phones + Provide customer services assistance + Replenish tickets + Maintain contract specifications + Maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company + Perform safety audits + Check all work on a daily basis and turn in completion reports + Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations + Perform daily quality control inspections + Assists in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies + Be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management, understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel + Ensure area is in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies + Perform other duties as assigned or requested •Qualifications•

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• + Experience leading a team + Experience working in parking or valet operations preferred + Valid Driver's License required + Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) + Good communication skills both written and verbal + Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
