In this role, you will manage vehicle flow, assist customers with parking needs, and uphold security protocols to create a safe and welcoming environment. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help enhance the overall experience for visitors and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our team dedicated to maintaining safety and service excellence. Responsibilities Direct vehicles safely into parking spaces, ensuring efficient traffic flow and adherence to parking procedures Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors with directions, inquiries, and parking-related questions Conduct security checks around the premises, monitoring for suspicious activity or safety hazards Manage cash handling duties such as cashiering for parking fees or related services with accuracy and integrity Communicate clearly with team members and visitors using effective verbal skills, including bilingual communication if applicable Enforce facility policies to maintain order and safety within the parking area Maintain detailed records of incidents, vehicle entries/exits, and cash transactions in accordance with company procedures Skills Experience in valet parking or similar customer-facing roles involving driving or vehicle management Strong driving skills with a valid license; familiarity with dealership or retail environments is a plus Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor Cash handling experience combined with retail math skills for accurate transactions Effective communication skills, including bilingual proficiency to serve diverse clientele Ability to remain alert and vigilant during long shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of security protocols and basic surveillance practices is advantageous Join us in delivering top-tier service while ensuring safety and security at our facility!
