Valet Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The basic function of the Supervisor position is to assist in the day-to-day management of the location ensuring that valet operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business: Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction Assist in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned locations Supervise Valet's, Cashiers, and the monitoring of shuttle bus operations Ensure appropriate customer interaction. Supervise the completion of all closing reports Monitor and implement effective revenue control procedures Perform other necessary functions as assigned. Assist with the daily data entry of the revenue reports Compile and interpret reports on a daily basis for the operation of the facility Starting Hourly Range of Pay The starting rate of pay for the Supervisor position is $19.50 hourly. Licenses and Certifications The individual selected for the Supervisor position is required to have and maintain:

• A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) may be required depending on the location Qualifications To perform the Supervisor position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. License Requirement To satisfactorily perform the duties and responsibilities of the Supervisor position, the employee must:
• Possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
• Ability to acquire a Missouri Class E or Kansas Chauffeur's license Availability to Work Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required. Computer Skills The individual selected for the Valet Supervisor position must possess:
• Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Competencies The individual selected for the Supervisor position must possess:
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proactive with strong personal drive and proven customer service skills
• Must be willing to lead by example Physical Demands The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by the individual to successfully perform the essential functions of the Supervisor position.

• Work outdoors in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time Experience The individual selected for the Supervisor position must possess:
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience (supervisory experience in the Valet Parking Industry, Bus or Shuttle Bus transportation a plus) Other Desired Qualifications The individual selected for the Supervisor position must possess:
• Knowledge of transportation (shuttle operations)
• DOT regulations Education Requirements The individual selected for the Supervisor position must possess:
• A High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• A minimum of two (2) years related experience or training or
