VALET ATTENDANT PART TIME

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for safely parking, operating, and retrieving guest vehicles. Interacting with customers, issuing and collecting parking tickets, assisting patrons in/out of their vehicles when necessary, and miscellaneous activities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior valet experience is preferred. Must have a valid Mississippi driver's license with a clean driving record to meet driver eligibility requirements of Scarlet Pearl Casino's insurance policy. Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deal with service failures and prioritize customer needs. Able to adapt behavior to others' styles, interact with people who have different values, culture, or backgrounds, and be of service to difficult people Able to act in accordance with established guidelines and follow standard procedures in crisis situations. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E. training certification course. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand, walk and run continuously throughout shift. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision and depth perception. Must be able to perform duties in direct exposure to outside weather conditions which may include periods of extreme heat, cold, or inclement weather. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. Must be available to work 6PM to 2AM Or 6PM to 2:30 AM with Friday, Saturday and Sunday Availability.
