Often the first and last person a guest sees while staying at the hotel is the Valet/Bellman. The care and attention that goes with this position is key to the success of the hotel operation as they convey a valuable message to the guest about the property's commitment to service. Must be 21 years of age Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not mandatory Willingness to listen and learn You must have a clean driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience on a full license. Ability to drive a manual shift car is a must. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal essential Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced, sometimes stressful environment Demonstrated strong customer service skilled Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays. Ability to get along with all fellow employees in a respectful manner

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing for extended period. Occasional periods of sitting. Aerobic endurance. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment.
