You'll be responsible for directing traffic, managing parking flow, and ensuring a smooth and safe experience for all guests during events and peak facility hours. Responsibilities Direct incoming and outgoing traffic efficiently Guide vehicles into designated parking areas Maintain a steady flow of traffic (no backups) Assist guests with questions and directions Communicate with team members to maximize space and safety Monitor lot conditions and report any issues Experience Must be reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors (heat, sun, weather conditions) Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hours) Strong communication and awareness skills Team-oriented mindset Weekend availability preferred We're not just looking for someone to stand—we're looking for someone who can take control of a situation, keep things moving, and represent our facility the right way.
