- Part-time My Valet Trash is seeking an experienced and dependable Shift Lead to oversee evening valet trash operations at residential communities.
This role combines hands‑on collection duties with leadership responsibilities to ensure shifts are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This is a permanent position, not a gig‑based role.

15-20 hours per week
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a small team of valets during evening shifts Ensure all trash is collected from residents' doors and properly disposed of in designated dumpsters Communicate route progress, issues, and resident concerns to management Train new team members and model proper collection procedures Uphold safety standards and ensure team compliance with property guidelines Fill in on shifts when team members are absent or when additional support is needed Address on‑site challenges such as overflowing dumpsters, resident non‑compliance, or equipment issues Maintain a professional and respectful presence on the property Ensure completion of all assigned buildings within the scheduled shift window Requirements Must have a pickup truck Minimum 3 years of valet trash experience Minimum 2 years of Management or Leadership experience Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record Current auto insurance in your name Ability to climb stairs, walk long distances, and lift at least 50 lbs Strong communication skills and reliability Ability to commit to the posted schedule consistently All screener questions must be answered to be considered for this position
