In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services while efficiently managing parking operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in parking areas. Safely operate vehicles ensuring proper handling at all times. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing vehicles with precision and efficiency, maintaining safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering directions, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate vehicle movement and ensure seamless operations. Uphold safety protocols, including proper vehicle storage, traffic management, and adherence to parking regulations. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
