# of Openings 10 Category Game Day Staffing Job Description Parking Attendants help ensure smooth event parking by directing vehicles quickly and safely into designated areas. They may scan parking vouchers, guide traffic to assigned lots, and indicate available parking spots while providing friendly, efficient customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned. Direct incoming vehicles to designated parking areas in a safe and efficient manner Maintain steady traffic flow and prevent congestion throughout parking lots Guide patrons to available parking spots and provide clear, friendly instructions Maintain a visible presence in parking lots to deter damage or theft and report any safety concerns Assist with setup, signage placement, and postevent lot cleanup as needed Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide general information or directions to guests when requested Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Prior experience in customer service or event operations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service and professionalism Attentive to safety procedures and capable of responding appropriately to guest needs or incidents Must be at least 16 years of age Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training. Work Hours Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays.
