The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dealership maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers. This position involves various responsibilities, including vehicle management, guest services, and assisting with daily operations. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! Duties Manage the parking and organization of vehicles on the lot to ensure easy access for customers and staff. Provide exceptional guest services by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Drive vehicles of various types, including manual transmission, ensuring safety and adherence to traffic regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including washing and detailing vehicles when required. Support dealership operations by assisting with vehicle deliveries and pick-ups. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on vehicle status or other inquiries. Clean vehicles to showroom condition Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to stay on task without constant supervision
