This position combines leadership with field work. The Operations Lead will perform nightly trash collection while helping train team members, monitoring route completion, resolving operational issues, maintaining quality standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for collectors during scheduled shifts. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, physically capable, and enjoys leading by example. As Blue Titan Concierge continues to grow, this position offers excellent opportunities for advancement into higher-level operations management. Duties Perform nightly valet trash collection at assigned apartment communities Lead and support a team of Trash Valet Collectors during scheduled shifts Verify routes are completed accurately and on schedule Assist with onboarding and training new team members Conduct quality control inspections and address service issues promptly Communicate with management regarding staffing, customer concerns, and operational updates Assist with scheduling and route coverage when needed Ensure company equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and organized Promote a safe, professional, and customer-focused work environment Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality Skills

PICKUP TRUCK REQUIRED

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to repeatedly lift and transport bags weighing up to 50 pounds Reliable, dependable, and able to lead by example Previous experience in valet trash, logistics, route driving, warehouse operations, property management, cleaning services, or related industries is a plus Pay $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Benefits Performance incentive opportunities Paid training Leadership development Advancement opportunities within a growing company Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment
