Bell Attendant- Valet Attendant

Valet Attendant/Bell Attendant Full Time & Part Time Valet/Bell Attendant We are looking for a high energy, outgoing Bell Attendant to join our family who is passionate about customer service and ensuring our guests are having a wonderful experience. Valet/Bellmen are the first person our guests see on their way in and the last person on their way out. We are looking for a warm, inviting person who is driven by making a difference. Maintain presence on the front drive assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment and valet parking guest cars Explain services and amenities of hotel including but not limited to location, hours of operation and location of banquet functions Escort guests to guestroom providing property tour and delivering luggage and other items to guest room Answer questions about local areas of interest and assists arriving and departing guests with all transportation needs to corporations, local area attractions, airport, etc. Provide guests with personalized service in order to consistently create the best arrival and departure experience in the Upper Valley Assist with driving the Dart cart and/or van on trips for Dartmouth Alumni around campus and/or the occasional airport run Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the valet/bell stand public areas as needed Valid Driver's License and good driving history Ability to drive standard transmission preferred Flexibilty! Schedule may include nights, weekends and holidays Successful completion of background and drug test (excluding marijuana)
