As a Dealership Customer Service Associate , you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and prompt assistance. You'll help maintain an organized vehicle flow and support the dealership's customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome every guest with a professional and friendly demeanor Assist customers by opening doors and offering help with packages or umbrellas Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following all dealership and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area Adhere to company safety protocols, including the ThinkSafe program Properly handle keys, valet tickets, and dealership property Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to provide outstanding service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older (as required by insurance policies) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods Ability to bend, crouch, and enter/exit vehicles multiple times per shift Lift and push up to 25 pounds as needed Maintain focus and awareness in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
