In this vital role, you will be the key link between our dealership and various vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts, documents, and other essential items needed for smooth dealership operations. Responsibilities Safely operate dealership vehicles with manual transmission to deliver parts, documents, and supplies to vendors, repair shops, or other locations as needed. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Assist with guest services by providing friendly support to visitors or customers when necessary. Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and pickups, including cash handling when applicable. Navigate parking facilities efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to coordinate pickups and drop-offs smoothly. Support dealership operations by performing errands such as picking up parts or supplies from local vendors or warehouses. Experience Prior experience in a dealership environment or as a delivery driver is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable. Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic cashiering procedures. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs. Knowledge of parking regulations and navigation within dealership premises. Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles will be considered an asset.
