Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient parking assistance Safely operate vehicles using manual transmission and adhere to parking regulations Park and retrieve vehicles promptly, maintaining high standards of care and safety Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and management to coordinate vehicle movements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area to ensure a professional appearance Assist with additional guest services as needed, including directions or general inquiries Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission preferred Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Proven customer service experience in hospitality, retail, dealership, or delivery roles Ability to operate vehicles safely in various conditions and follow parking procedures Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guest populations Experience with dealership or retail math, cash handling, and cashiering is advantageous Prior experience as a delivery driver or in a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your energy and dedication make a real difference!
