Valet Attendant (Overnight - Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Overnight Hybrid Valet Attendant / Security Officer to join our team. This role combines valet parking duties with on-site security responsibilities during the overnight shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). A valid SORA card is required.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers. Parking and retrieving vehicles safely. Issuing and collecting parking tickets. Conducting security patrols and monitoring the premises during overnight hours. Monitoring access points and ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the property. Reporting and documenting any security incidents, suspicious activity, or safety hazards. Keeping the valet parking area clean, organized, and secure. Assisting with luggage and belongings. Providing directions and information. Addressing customer and tenant concerns. Following all safety and security protocols. Handling cash transactions. Collaborating with team members and property management.

Requirements:

Minimum age of 18 or older. Valid SORA (Security Officer Registration Act) card (Required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be available to work the overnight shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends. Excellent customer service skills. Physical fitness for walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Knowledge of safety and security protocols. Effective communication skills. Proficiency in cash handling. Professional appearance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience. Prior valet, parking, or security experience preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Valid SORA card. Physical fitness for walking, standing, and lifting. Attention to detail. Cash handling skills. Professional demeanor. Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
