Lot Attendant

Job Overview Join our dynamic team at Generation Nissan as a Lot Attendant and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our vehicle lot. As a Lot Attendant, you will be the first impression for visitors and customers, showcasing your attention to detail and commitment to excellence every day. Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Assist with vehicle movement, including parking and retrieving cars safely and efficiently Perform routine car washes, detailing, buffing, and cleaning to keep vehicles looking their best Maintain cleanliness of the lot by sweeping, trash removal, and general janitorial duties Conduct window tinting when required, ensuring quality standards are met Support custodial tasks such as cleaning dealership facilities and ensuring a tidy environment Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damages or cleanliness issues and report findings promptly Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or janitorial roles is preferred but not required Ability to operate a variety of cleaning tools and equipment safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles on-site Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Experience with car wash procedures, detailing, buffing, or window tinting is a plus Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers and team members Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Join us in creating an inviting environment where vehicles shine and customers feel valued!
