Employer High school Diploma or GED Must have at least 2 years of strong in-person customer service experience Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift Possess an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses). Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles May assist patients and visitors in the parking garage with parking equipment, payment kiosks, or wayfinding as needed. This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service About You… You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. Efficiently manage parking logistics, adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws. Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
