Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the lot is organized and vehicles are handled with care. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is committed to enhancing the guest experience. Duties Greet customers upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in an orderly manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including ensuring that all vehicles are parked correctly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting guests as needed. Operate cash registers for any transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling. Assist with vehicle movement, including driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Monitor vehicle inventory and report any issues or concerns regarding the lot or vehicles. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail settings is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills are advantageous. Valet parking experience is a plus, along with knowledge of dealership operations. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
