Position Overview We're seeking experienced, professional Valet Attendants to join our growing New Jersey team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, safe driving abilities, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles Greet guests with professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming demeanor Manage vehicle keys using our organized key-tracking system Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient traffic flow Set up and maintain professional signage, cones, and event equipment Handle guest inquiries and provide concierge-level service Document any vehicle concerns or incidents immediately and accurately Maintain uniform standards and represent the New Frontier Valet brand with excellence Qualifications The following qualifications are required for this position. Please do not apply if you do not meet all the following criteria: 1-3 years of valet or professional driving experience Valid NJ driver's license Clean driving record Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles (preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Possess reliable transportation to event locations throughout New Jersey (travel to jobsites throughout NJ required) The following qualifications are preferred: Experience with high-end or luxury vehicles Previous experience at weddings, corporate events, upscale venues, etc Knowledge of New Jersey geography Bilingual skills (English + Spanish, or other languages)
