Job Purpose:
To assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the Fast Park facility, ensuring smooth and efficient parking services for customers while maximizing revenue and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing customer interactions, overseeing financial transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the parking facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the Fast Park facility, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management. Supervise and train parking attendants, providing guidance on customer service, cash handling procedures, and parking lot management. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance with parking-related issues. Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and daily revenue reconciliation. Monitor and maintain the parking facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment. Enforce parking rules and regulations, issuing citations as needed and addressing any security concerns. Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on parking activity, revenue, and expenses. Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees. Communicate effectively with the staff and customers. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Holiday Pay Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a parking or hospitality environment. Experience handling cash and credit card transactions. Experience with basic computer operations, including data entry and report generation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and tact. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Basic math skills. Ability to operate parking-related equipment (e.g., ticket dispensers, gates). Ability to read and interpret maps and directions. Ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (may be required depending on specific job duties). Ability to understand and follow safety regulations.
