Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to provide excellent customer service during the intake and release of towed vehicles. This role involves assisting customers, verifying vehicle information, maintaining the lot, and supporting daily yard operations. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and capable of maintaining safety and efficiency on the lot.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with vehicle release and retrieval, ensuring excellent service. Verify vehicle information and update system records as needed. Ensure proper processing of insurance, E&E, and stock vehicles. Complete registrations, releases, lot visits, and setouts accurately. Perform mild property clean-up and basic facility maintenance. Support team members and yard operations to maintain workflow efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be at least 24 years old. High school diploma or GED. Experience in customer service or related roles preferred but not required. Valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and the public; bilingual a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Regular use of hands and fingers for tasks. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in all weather conditions, with occasional moderate noise. Fast-paced lot requiring attentiveness, organization, and adaptability.
