VALET ATTENDANT

- Tropicana Laughlin If you enjoy being on the move, love helping guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role puts you at the center of the guest experience. The Valet Attendant is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering exceptional Family Style Service. This role also assists with the handling, storage, and delivery of guest baggage, ensuring every interaction is smooth, friendly, and efficient . Must have a 36‑month clean driving record Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Six or more months of related experience in a casino environment, or equivalent training Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to obtain and maintain applicable Gaming card(s) and/or license(s) Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for long periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull baggage as needed Exposure to high‑noise areas and secondhand smoke Ability to maneuver in tight or confined spaces Must be able to drive a variety of vehicles safely and confidently
