Job description The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Guest Service Attendant to join our team at the Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in, check-out, and storage. Assists guests with city information and directions. Delivers items as requested by guests or manager on duty. Delivers all in-room dining (IRD)food and beverage. Delivers guest amenities to rooms. Transport guests as needed. All other tasks as needed. More about you Prior hotel experience is preferred. Must have excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating proper manners and etiquette. Requires excellent people skills. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license in good standing for driving a company vehicle. Physical requirements Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50 pounds.
