Full-Time Compensation:
$19
  • 22/hr (based on experience & skills) Basil Family Dealerships is looking for an energetic Lot Supervisor to oversee daily lot operations.
You'll ensure that all vehicles are properly displayed, organized, and ready for sales or customer delivery.
What You'll Do:
Park, move and organize new vehicles on the lot according to dealership standards Maintain clean, professional appearance of vehicles Ensure vehicles are properly staged and ready for test drives, customer delivery or service Install dealer plates, license plate frames, and temporary tags Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tire pressure, battery status) Assist sales and service departments with vehicle transfers and deliveries Keep the lot clean, and safe, including snow removal, trash pickup, and debris removal Report vehicle damage or safety concerns immediately to management Follow all dealership safety procedures and driving policies
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time Attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality presentation standards Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Prior experience working in a dealership preferred but not required
