Job Overview Friendly Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lot, providing excellent guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. This entry level position has room for advancement and growth within the company. Duties Manage the parking and retrieval of vehicles in the lot, ensuring proper organization and safety. Prepare customer vehicles for delivery, including washing and vacuuming. Operate vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members to address inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot area, ensuring it is free from debris and hazards. Help manage adequate gas levels in new and used vehicles. Snow removal as needed. Experience No experience required. A valid driver's license is required; experience driving various types of vehicles is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
