We are seeking a professional and personable Valet Driver to join our team and represent our premium dry-cleaning service. This role is more than just driving — you will be the face of our company , building relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional pickup and delivery experience. Our drivers interact directly with clients, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service . Responsibilities Pick up and deliver garments to customers at their homes or businesses Provide friendly and professional service during every customer interaction Communicate directly with customers regarding pickup and delivery details Handle garments carefully and ensure orders are accurate Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to lift and transport garment bags Comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people and understands that great service builds lasting customer relationships .
