Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles in a timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure. Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles. Assist guests/customers with directions, information, and other requests as needed. Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys. Conduct visual inspections of vehicles before and after parking. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Keep valet areas organized and presentable. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. Ability to safely operate a wide variety of vehicles, including luxury and oversized vehicles.
