Since we are a 24/7 company there are many shift combinations that can be worked out to accommodate a full time or part time schedule. If you have had issues with other companies getting paid your hours or commissions, if you're working double or triple shifts on call, or if your tired of never having a set schedule, then come and see us. Action has been in business for 18 years, we follow the NYS labor laws and follow a moral compass and conscious. Action also leads the way in the Towing industry for innovation, technology, and employee recognition. We provide paid training and certification, company provided ANSCII uniforms and textile cleaning for all employees through Cintas, bonus pay for holidays, and a 4-day work week. Action's 44 drivers provide roadsides services for over 3000 customers each month and we cover all of Monroe County.
