Hotel Front Service Person

Job Details:

Homewood Suites is seeking candidates for the position of Front Service/Houseperson to join their team! Shuttle driving will be included as needed so must have a clean driving record. The Front Service/Houseperson will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the day shifts. 8:00 AM

• 4:00 PM Monday
• Friday. Must be flexible for other shifts as needed including weekends. Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Stocks room attendant carts and supplies Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms. Tends laundering machines
• to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.

Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor. Assists with shuttle service.
