Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel/Casino Valet Attendant, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable arrival and departure process. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and attention to detail will help uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring safety and efficiency in downtown parking areas Safely operate vehicles with manual transmissions and other types of vehicles, including luxury cars and dealership inventory Retrieve guest vehicles promptly upon request, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during valet transactions and ticketing processes Communicate clearly with guests to provide directions or answer questions about parking procedures or hotel amenities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, ensuring compliance with safety standards Assist with additional guest services as needed, such as delivering luggage or providing local information Experience Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred Driving experience with manual transmission vehicles required; dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively Cashiering experience, including retail math and cash handling accuracy Familiarity with Cincinnati parking regulations and procedures preferred Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking abilities Prior experience in retail or service industries that require attentive customer interaction is advantageous Join us to deliver exceptional service that makes every guest feel valued!
