Full and Part time positions available Position Summary We are looking for a reliable Lot Attendant to manage our vehicle inventory and support daily dealership operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the organization of the lot, ensuring vehicles are frontline-ready, and assisting the sales team with logistical tasks. Primary Responsibilities Inventory & Lot Logistics Coordinate the movement of vehicles to maximize lot space and maintain an organized display. Monitor the lot for cleanliness, ensuring the facility is professional and accessible for customers. Vehicle Preparation Perform "short preps" on vehicles, including basic cleaning, vacuuming, and ensuring units are ready for test drives or delivery. Conduct routine checks on inventory (battery health, fuel levels, tire pressure). Assist the sales team with moving and prepping specific units for client appointments. Customer & Team Support Greet arriving customers professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or parking area. Provide valet support for customers as needed. Support dealership operations by running keys, moving vehicles between departments, and assisting with general tasks.Requirements Driving Record:
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Manual Transmission:
Ability to operate a manual transmission is a plus.Communication:
Clear verbal communication skills for interacting with both staff and customers.Technical Skills:
Ability to use smartphone applications for inventory tracking and internal communication.Physical Ability:
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain active throughout the shift.Efficiency:
