Position Overview The Outside Service Attendant plays a key role in supporting The Medallion Club experience by serving as both the first and last impression for golfers. This position greets members, assists with golf bags, and ensures all outdoor golf facilities maintain a clean, organized, and "show‑ready" appearance. The role supports daily golf operations by preparing golf carts, maintaining practice facilities, and delivering attentive, member‑focused service that reflects our commitment to excellence and a high‑standards environment. Essential Responsibilities Provide exceptional member and guest service with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor. Uphold the values of the club in all daily operations, ensuring a consistent, member‑focused environment. Anticipate and predict the needs of members and guests to enhance the overall golf experience. Greet guests and communicate club policies, course information, and expectations clearly. Assist with club storage operations and support cart fleet duties as needed. Set up the Driving Range, monitor golf ball levels, and maintain a clean, organized practice area. Maintain cleanliness and organization of club storage areas and all outdoor courtyard spaces. Provide direction and assistance, and help ensure smooth flow of play. Communicate timely updates to the Golf Pro Shop regarding pace of play, tee time status, and course conditions. Extensive knowledge of the usage of equipment, including golf carts, golf ball washers, pressure washers, and the club gas pump. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily golf operations. Qualifications Punctual, friendly, and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with members and guests. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and adapt to irregular hours. Minimum age of 16. Physical Requirements Ability to clearly convey information and instructions. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and carry objects for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to remain composed and objective in high‑pressure or fast‑paced situations. Ability to stand on feet for the majority of the day. Typical Working Conditions Work is performed primarily outdoors with exposure to heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions. Occasional indoor assistance may be required.
