Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic powersports team as a Parts Counter / Lot Porter, where your energy and organizational skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our dealership, assisting customers with their parts needs, managing inventory, and ensuring our lot is organized and ready for daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your powersports knowledge while providing top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're passionate about powersports or eager to build a career in automotive retail, this role is perfect for motivated individuals ready to make an impact. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, assisting with parts inquiries and sales using POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software such as light speed (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Maintain accurate inventory control by stocking parts efficiently, and processing order fulfillment requests. Support vehicle maintenance and repair operations by locating and delivering parts quickly to technicians or customers. Manage the dealership lot by organizing vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, and facilitating smooth vehicle movement for test drives or customer pick-up. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors. Ensure compliance with safety standards during stocking, maintenance activities, and lot organization. Experience Previous dealership retail experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities) are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Experience using inventory management systems such as lightspeed or POS platforms is desirable. Vehicle maintenance practices, and dealership operations will help you excel in this role. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers or vendors to ensure favorable outcomes.
Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
