Job Description

We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Front Services Agent to join our Artesian Hotel and Spa Front Services Unit 2 team located at the Artesian Hotel and Spa working .
Summary:
Responsible for processing guest reservations, registrations, payments, departures, answering the switchboard, greeting guests, valet parking, and bell services, ensuring our guests have a winning experience.
Responsibilities:
Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner Determines needs and seeks positive experiences and outcomes Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment Maintains and promotes professionalism Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area Explains various aspects of programs, promotions, benefits, rewards and or requirements to internal and external customers, citizens, etc. Cleans assigned area Cleans and sweeps floors Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms May empty ash trays Disposes of trash May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas Processes all inquiries received, arrange, coordinate and confirms all hotel reservations through the Lodging Management System (LMS) Completes daily check to ensure keys and units are ready for check in Completes daily bag pulls, luggage pick up and drop off as well as guest pick up and drop off Actively assists in marketing of casino, hotel, citizen, employee and/or other events, promotions and activities to both internal and external customers as assigned Prepares daily reports Audits and reconciles credit card receipts, cash received, and balance cash drawer on assigned shift, and complete cash report for all cash denomination and credit card receipts Greets patrons in the Valet area by opening car door and offering to take their keys Receives vehicle from guest and complete valet retrieval slip, to be given to the customer and maintained for retrieval purpose in Valet booth Completes a walk around of the vehicle and finishes valet checklist; checks for damage prior to parking the vehicle Performs all other duties as assigned

Good driving record and be insurable by the Chickasaw Nation Operate standard and automatic vehicles Develop and apply proficiency in computer systems and applications as required by role and responsibilities Works well within a team

Basic Computer skills Skilled in operating a computer and/or other equipment related to specific role (i.e. automated currency counters, calculator, projector, binding machine, other related office equipment) Operate point-of-sale terminal
