Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lot Porter, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests and customers. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle movement and guest services, ensuring that our dealership operates smoothly and efficiently. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a professional environment that emphasizes hospitality, safety, and excellent customer service. Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8p-8a, every other Sunday 8p-8a. Duties Safely park, retrieve, and move vehicles within our parking areas. Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and efficient guest services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot to ensure a professional appearance at all times Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status, guest needs, and lot conditions Support dealership operations by delivering vehicles to designated locations or service areas as needed Ensure adherence to safety protocols during vehicle movement and guest interactions Experience Previous experience on a forklift is prefered. We send you to certification class either way. Valid driver's license; clean driving record; clean background required Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with guests Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels Join us as a Lot Porter and become an essential part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through professionalism, safety, and hospitality.
