Our Valet and Bell team creates the first impression for our Inn at the 5th, Eugene's premier Four Diamond boutique hotel. This team is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to exceptional internal and external guest care, demonstrates strong multitasking abilities, and works well as part of a detail-oriented team. Key responsibilities include maintaining a visible presence at the valet stand as the initial point of guest contact, assisting with luggage, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, providing shuttle transportation within Eugene, delivering requested amenities, and proactively anticipating guest needs while offering information about the Inn and the local area.Requirements include:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check.
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
- Upbeat and positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
