Job Description

Kenny Ross Ford is currently seeking a Full Time Lot Attendant for our Adamsburg, PA location . The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the organization and appearance of the dealership lot, ensuring that vehicles are clean, accessible, and properly positioned. They assist with vehicle movements, customer service, and other general tasks around the dealership, supporting both the sales and service departments. Key Responsibilities of the Lot Attendant Arrange vehicles on the lot to optimize space and enhance the presentation. Move vehicles between service, sales, and the lot as needed. Retrieve vehicles for customers and sales staff promptly.
Vehicle Appearance:
Ensure all vehicles on the lot are clean, fueled, and ready for delivery or test drives. Assist with detailing and washing vehicles as needed. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, adding washer fluid, and inspecting for cleanliness.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers upon arrival at the dealership or service area. Provide prompt and friendly service when parking or retrieving customer vehicles.
Lot Organization:
Keep the lot tidy, ensuring that trash is removed and walkways are clear. Monitor lot inventory and ensure vehicles are positioned for maximum visibility.
Other Duties:
Support sales and service teams with miscellaneous tasks, such as delivering parts or paperwork. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including service drive and customer waiting areas. Assist in delivering vehicles to customers as part of the sales process. Shop maintenance when available
Skills/Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 3 years driving experience Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
Experience:
Prior experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
