Your Role & Responsibilities:
Lead & manage the Service Drive Team
  • recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations Ensure efficiency & service excellence
  • maintain high standards in all aspects of the role Monitor safety & compliance
  • conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies Strengthen client relationships
  • serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership Oversee payroll & scheduling
  • manage employee time tracking and budget allocation Develop future leaders
  • mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Supervisory experience
  • preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management Excellent communication skills
  • ability to interact professionally with employees and clients Strong problem-solving ability
  • quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented & organized
  • effective management of schedules and operations Valid driver's license
  • minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record
