$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts Paid training Career advancement opportunities within CarShop and Penske Automotive Group Stable employment with a Fortune 500 company Supportive team-oriented work environment What You'll Do As an Automotive Lot Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a great first impression for our customers by ensuring our inventory and sales lot are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
Responsibilities include:
Wash, clean, and maintain dealership inventory to company standards Perform interior cleaning and detailing of vehicles displayed on the lot Ensure the sales lot remains organized, clean, and visually appealing Move and position vehicles throughout the lot as needed Fill inventory display spaces and maintain proper vehicle placement Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery Drive vehicles to local fueling stations when necessary Maintain wash equipment, pressure washers, and related tools Assist with additional lot and inventory responsibilities as assigned What We're Looking For Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including most Saturdays, with a weekday off provided during the week Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong organizational skills Automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Join Our Team?
