Public Area Attendant Department:
Housekeeping Reports to: Public Area Attendant Supervisor As a Public Area Attendant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero helping keep Camelback sparkling! From the lobby and restaurants to outdoor walkways and parking lots, you'll help ensure every guest experiences a clean, welcoming, and picture perfect environment across the entire resort, inside and out.
Key Responsibilities:
Smile and create a welcoming first impression for all guests. Thoroughly clean using approved cleaning agents and equipment. Vacuum lobby, offices, and public indoor areas as needed. Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout hotel and exterior spaces. Sweep and mop lobby, restaurants, and public restrooms. Clear debris, dust, and maintain all public-facing areas. Maintain exterior spaces including parking lots, walkways, and resort entrances. Power wash exterior surfaces and assist with outdoor cleanliness and presentation. Clean resort entry doors regularly to maintain a smudge-free appearance. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of outdoor furniture and guest areas. Keep passkey or master key secure and return to Security at end of shift. Report maintenance issues and lost & found items to Public Area Supervisor. Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests. Provide directions, assistance, and general resort information. Support guest and team safety in emergency situations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Reliable transportation Ability to work indoors and outdoors with varying weather conditions Ability to carry up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to details and proactive work ethic Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
