In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers, assisting with vehicle movement, parking, and overall guest services. Your proactive approach will ensure vehicles are handled efficiently, parking areas are organized, and guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures. Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles using manual transmissions and standard driving skills. Maintain organized parking areas, ensuring smooth traffic flow. Assist with vehicle inspections, including basic checks for damages or issues before delivery or pickup. Support dealership staff by delivering vehicles to designated locations within the premises or to external destinations as needed. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions courteously and addressing guest needs promptly. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and guest requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to uphold safety standards and a professional appearance.
