We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Support Associate to help maintain our dealership's professional appearance and ensure vehicles are properly prepared for our customers. Position Summary The Lot Support Associate plays a key role in supporting both the Sales and Service Departments by maintaining lot organization, preparing vehicles, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, safe driving practices, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot Wash, detail, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery Safely move vehicles throughout the lot, showroom, and service areas Assist with vehicle inventory organization and lot placement Ensure vehicles are fueled, charged (EVs), and ready for test drives Support service department by transporting vehicles as needed Monitor lot condition, signage, and overall presentation Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns promptly Assist with general dealership operational needs Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset High school diploma or equivalent preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($15 — $17 per hour) Paid training Flexible scheduling (Full-Time & Part-Time available) Opportunities for advancement within Shults Ford Supportive, team-oriented work environment Stable and growing dealership organization Benefits May Include 401(k) 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Training Flexible Schedule Opportunities for Advancement Why Work at Shults Ford?
