Job Description

We're growing our Service Department and upgrading one of our shuttle driver/porter roles into a full-time Service Drive Attendant position! If you enjoy working with customers, coordinating schedules, driving vehicles, and being part of a fast-paced service team, this is an excellent opportunity. This elevated full-time role comes with higher responsibilities, more consistent hours, and structured training designed to prepare you for advancement to a Service Advisor position in the future.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers arriving at the service drive with a friendly, professional attitude Manage vehicle flow on the service drive — efficiently moving cars in and out of service bays Perform shuttle pick-ups and deliveries for customers (home, work, or other locations) Coordinate loaner vehicle and customer pick-up & delivery schedules and ensure proper execution Assist with scheduling customers for future vehicle service appointments Assist Service Advisors and porters with vehicle check-in, delivery, and lot organization Keep the service drive, lanes, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe Perform basic vehicle inspections (tire pressure, fluid levels, etc.) and document any concerns Provide excellent customer service by answering basic questions and ensuring customers feel cared for Support the overall service team with additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Work Schedule:
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday Every 3rd
Saturday:
7:00 AM - 1:00 PM 4-day work week with long weekends!
What We're Looking For:
Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license (clean background check required) Strong customer service skills, good organizational abilities, and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stay organized in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Mechanical aptitude or basic automotive knowledge is a plus Desire to grow within our Service Department — we love promoting from within!
Compensation & Benefits:
