We pick up arcade games and do deliveries for both commercial and residential locations. Join our dynamic team as an Arcade Service Technician / Box Truck Driver, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing arcade equipment while ensuring timely delivery and pickup across various locations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing repairs, and transporting equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair arcade machines, mobile devices, and gaming equipment using technical skills such as soldering, analysis of schematics, and troubleshooting operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Perform routine maintenance and equipment upgrades to ensure optimal performance of arcade systems. Use hand tools and specialized equipment to repair or replace hardware components on-site or in the workshop. Safely operate a box truck to deliver, pick up, and transport arcade units between locations while adhering to safety protocols. Provide technical support to customers during field service visits by explaining repairs or troubleshooting steps clearly. Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and delivery logs. Assist with retail sales of arcade products or accessories when required, offering knowledgeable advice on product features. Experience Testing and repairing electromechanical assemblies. hardware or mobile devices. Disassembly and reassembly of a multitude of electronic and mechanical components Hands-on skills with soldering, schematics analysis, and using hand tools for equipment repair are highly desirable. Previous field service experience involving mobile device troubleshooting or arcade equipment is preferred. Ability to analyze technical issues quickly and develop effective solutions under pressure. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe operation of box trucks. Strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service during onsite visits.
