Job Description

A Sales Lot Tech is essential to maintaining a well-organized dealership, keeping vehicles spotless and showroom-ready while supporting both the sales and service teams. Ideal candidates are hardworking, passionate about powersports equipment, and take pride in creating an outstanding first impression for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles by washing, polishing, cleaning and vacuuming vehicles to dealership specifications Pickup/Deliver units to customers Properly maintain tools and equipment when performing details and correctly follow safety practices. Haul trash, general clean up. Work toward achieving and maintaining excellent quality assurance and above market/region customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a lot Attendant in the Powersports industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and great interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Lift a minimum weight of 30 lbs. Be physically fit and able to bend, twist and pull.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Current valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles. Proficient in the operation of trailers for vehicle hauling, with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
