Seasonal Parking Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail. A background in customer service or retail is preferred. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with parking their vehicles. Manage the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any operational concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
