Summary:
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Parking Attendant / Garage Attendant. This role supports operations across both parking garages and surface parking lots, ensuring efficient traffic flow, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. Employees will maintain a 750-space permit-only garage with three keycard-activated entrances, as well as assist with general parking lot operations and enforcement. What we're looking for:• Direct patrons to appropriate parking areas in garages and surface lots Issue tickets and accurately record required transaction information Process exception transactions (lost tickets, grace periods, etc.) according to company policy Monitor and enforce permit-only parking areas Complete daily shift reports, including tracking vehicle counts, transactions, validations, and lot activity Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional appearance Assist customers experiencing difficulty with keycard access, gate entry/exit, or lot-related concerns Troubleshoot minor gate or access control issues and report larger malfunctions Maintain cleanliness of garages and parking lots, including picking up trash, sweeping entranceways, and emptying trash receptacles Perform routine inspections of all entrances, exits, and parking areas Complete minor cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned Support additional tasks or special projects as directed by management What's in it for you? Must haves:
You are at least 18 years old. High School degree preferred but not required. Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer. Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner. Physical Demands:
